However, this puts us under constant pressure, striving to meet our own or others’ expectations.Tomorrow will come whether you plan for it or not, and you may still feel anxious thinking about the next day.
In our minds, we are constantly focused on the future, but never fully present in today. The future becomes a fantasy filled with “what if…” scenarios.
In reality, we are always living in the present because every day is today. Don’t find happiness in a fantasy tomorrow that may never come; find happiness in the reality of today!
